SAFARI IS NOT SHOWING UP IN SETTINGS!

OK look all these discussions dont even have this and yet every time someone wants to tell you how to change Bing as my default search engine for Safari they tell you go to settings/safari....wait thats really nice and all but check this I don't even have that as an option to choose in my setting let alone I already unrestricted the darn app and still doesn't want to show up anywhere on my home screen (and yes I have checked everywhere in the folders as well). Please for the love of Steve Jobbs can someone help me, this all started over siri being stupid again and not being able to answer my question and instead giving me links she found on the web that didn't work because i didn't have Bing giving me error messages

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.4, null

The only way that I can see that you could possibly be seeing this behavior is if Safari really is restricted in Settings>General>Restrictions>Safari>Off. Are you absolutely certain that you did enable Safari by turning Restrictions off?

IF you did a spotlight search and sit find it, try this. Settings>General>Reset>Reset home screen layout. That will return Safari to the home screen. It will also destroy any folder structure that you have on the home screen because that returns the home screen to out of the box, default condition.
