Q: iPhone 6s volume of the ear speaker is low

iPhone 6s volume of the ear speaker is low, I turned the volume all the way up and there is still no improvement and Phone volume is normal when on a calling through Speaker and earpods. Volume level problem is only experienced when using the earpiece.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.4, 16GB
