Q: Downgrade my storage - how long must I wait?

I have selected to Downgrade my storage using my iPhone (General Settings - iCloud) so how long must I wait?

Anyone here had an experience downgrading?

I tried official Apple support online but telephone is only option. No thanks.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), lives with iMacs, eMate & Newton.
