I'm using at my iPad air 2 an application during flying an aircraft (Skydemon) for inflight tracking of my flight plan.
Most of the time it works fine. Yesterday I received as error "Waiting for Location Data" . seems dat the GPS is not working correctly. I received en implemented recently the latest IOS update.

also have ipad air 2. after updating to 9.3.4 none of various mapping apps are getting accurate data. Waze reports 'No GPS - try going outside'
Just asking, have you checked that the apps have access to Location?
Indeed, the app (Skydemon) has access to Location. So, this is not the problem.
Today , I have used this app (Skydemon) today in my car (and I was not flying !!!) and it seems to work. (and I have changed nothing on my iPad)
Maybe there was a temporary problem , but of course, using it in my car is not exactly the same as flying.
