Profile Manager has quite working, directory error

Here is the error after it automatically shuts down the profile manager:

"Profile Manager is unable to start after upgrading from a prior version of OS X Server because one or more network directory servers are not currently accessible. Check that the following network directory servers are functioning properly and are accessible on the network. After correcting the problem you may turn on Profile Manager with Server.app.

/LDAPv3/127.0.0.1"
