Q: How do I delete Table Of Contents & Glossary Templates?

Hi there

I have several books I want to upload directly to iBooksAuthor (rather than staying with an aggregator for iTunes) but I don't really want a TOC or a glossary for a novel.  I have been experimenting with one novel and realise I can keep these sections blank but then I will have several blank pages after the title which is on the first template. The 2nd template is intro media which has the cover picture (I want that to be first ideally). Then TOC followed by glossary, then Chapter 1 page which is also blank. This is because I dropped an already converted Word.doc onto Section 1 (as per some instructions)...so the rest of the book likes fine but it's the beginning which needs working on!
