Q: I was charged for a monthly service I did NOT request.
I was charged for a monthly service I did NOT request. I need it removed and canceled.
I reported it on 8/16 and the agent transferred me to the billing department. I remained on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to leave for a meeting. I called again today and have been on hold again for 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
The case # is ****. Can someone please fix this and credit me back for the charges already billed to my credit card.

You're addressing other users, not Apple.
You have to keep trying yo contact Apple directly.
