how to find and remove keystroke spyware from an iPhone?

I worked for a short time at a small consulting company a couple of years ago. I left when I become convinced they were systematically spying on employees. Since they insisted we all use our own phone & computers, I suspect they installed keystroke spyware when they installed other software for "compatibility". I want to be sure it is all gone, so I would like to do something to remove anything that might still be lingering on my phone & computer. How do I do that? If I wipe & reinstall from backup to the cloud, will this keystroke spyware also be backed up?

Unless they jailbroke your phone, it's unlikely you have a keystroke logger on it.

They may have installed some profiles that would serve to work within iOS's security and allow a higher level of control over your device, but not key logging.
