Q: Cannot play my music Via Bluetooth on my Nissan Navara Outlaw (2015) Audio System

Hello,

I have connected my Nissan Navara Outlaw (2015), and my iPhone 6s Plus (iOS 9.3.4) via bluetooth. The telephone works ok via bluetooth, but the audio (although it shows that the bluetooth audio is connected) does not work. I cannot play music via bluetooth. I can however, connect the iPhone via USB and it operates correctly; I can play my music via USB.

Has anyone had the same problem, if so how was it resolved?

    Greetings, Leonce2!

From my understanding, your iPhone 6s Plus on iOS 9.3.4 connects to your Nissan through bluetooth except it won't play sounds. Since that's not how it's supposed to work I'll be glad to help.

Get help connecting your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with your car stereo -- Here are some useful steps to make sure your iPhone and stereo are completely paired. If your iPhone/car stereo played audio using bluetooth before, you may also want to contact your car dealership to see if there's any updates to your Nissan's stereo bluetooth software.
