Dropped my phone in ramen

THIS IS SO DUMB but last night I ate some ramen noodles and I was too lazy to throw the cup of broth away, BUT THIS MORNING I WOKE UP AND MY PHONE WAS IN THE BROTH AND NOW IT WON'T TURN ON, IS IT RUINED???? I don't know how long it was in the broth, but the cup was only half full and my phone was plugged in to the charger and only the top half was in the broth. I just got this phone in June and I haven't gotten to back it up because I just got a new computer and I really can't afford a new phone right now, PLEASE HELP! Right now it is in a bag of brown rice (brown rice works too right??? It's all I had), will it probably turn back on??? The whole bottom half from right below the volume buttons down did not get wet at all. It is a 6S by the way.
