Being charged INR 60 everytime phone restarts

I am charged so many times in last 2 years Rs 60.

This happens when occasioonally Phone switches off because of battery drain/ or after update and then on restart when I try to download any app, it will ask me to update my credit card information.

If I don't it won't allow me to download. And If I provide I am charged INR 60

I do not know what is this nuisance inspite of writing earlier to customer care no response. And it has continued to charge me again,

I am not sure how many times should I ignore this payment. And apple customer care don't seems to care.

And am not alone, I checked with few of my colleagues and they face same issue. And pay INR 60 instead of wasting time to recover it. Which don't happen.

Its pity apple resorting such a trick to get more money from customers.

Most likely you are not being CHARGED INR 60; it is just a hold to confirm that your account is valid. It will disappear from your account in a few days. There is no way for a merchant to verify that a credit or debit card is valid without actually attempting to charge an amount to it. But any charge process has 2 steps: First, reserve the right to charge (a "hold"), then confirm the charge. Apple and other companies that need to verify an account perform only the first step; they never confirm the charge.
