Q: MS3: Next Patch action stuck to first patch in concert

I've created a concert where two foot pedals operate "Next" and "Previous" patch at the concert level. "Previous" works fine, stepping backward through all the patches in each set. But, no matter what I do to create the "Next" assignment, it sets the Button On AND Button Off to the first patch ("Verse 1") in my concert. And worst of all, at all levels of the concert the "Saved Value", "Button On" and "Button Off" are greyed out and I cannot change them.

My working "Previous" assignment has a Saved and Button-On value of "Main Patch" (the name of the last patch in my concert) with nothing in "Button Off" - and like I said, it will cycle backward through all patches.

The "Next" button simply takes me from anywhere in the concert and moves me to Verse 1 (first patch in concert).
