Q: itunes download

I am trying to download iTunes 12.4.3 (64-bit) on my brand new laptop with Windows 10 Home; but receiving an error message "This app can't run on your PC; to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

Make sure Windows is fully up to date. Download the right build from this link.

thank you for the link but it wasnt able to help me with a version that works. I tried:
1. 12.4.3.1 (Current)
2. 12.4.2.4 (2016-07-18)
3. 12.4.1.6 (2016-06-02)
4. 12.3.3.17 (2016-03-21)
and the problem still persists. I am wondering if my operating system is what's preventing it..... it's a brand new computer

Try disabling any third-party anti-virus software.
Try right-clicking the downloaded installer and using Run as Administrator.
Try reducing the level of the Windows User Account Control setting.
Try the "for older video cards" version as a workaround.
