Is it possible to change the stand on an iMac - to make it lower?

Sorry, but Apple does not make such a product nor have such an option. Perhaps you need to look for someone locally who can take a little off the legs of your desk to lower it. Or see if you can find an adjustable chair that can raise you higher above the desk's surface. That has been my solution since I am only 5'4" tall.
