I Have been using pokemon go and gps to go everywhere but now it Is having problems with location .I am standing at home and the gps go crazy and sometimes it thinks that i am in another place

I would certainly not expect an iPhone to function normally with a broken screen (and in fact I would not expect it to function at all).
Take your iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center for an assessment and advice how to proceed.
You could try turning location services off and on but a damaged screen could cause the issue as well. Best to get it serviced at an Apple Store.
