Q: iPod nano - weird noises and voice over problems
I have an iPod nano 7G, purchased from the Apple store less than 2 years ago, and lately it's acting weirdly;
Sometimes when I'm playing music and I click the home button, it makes an annoying noise and then goes to the Apple logo screen and restarts. It's doing it a lot and it's really annoying.
Also, sometimes the Voice over feature just starts telling me the name of the song, even though the feature is turned off, and then starts reading all the playlist names, or randomly skips songs. I have to turn the iPod off and leave it for about 10 minutes before turning it on again. These two problems only happen while I'm listening to music with the earpods; whenever I connect the iPod to a speaker with an audio jack, it works fine.
And also, sometimes when I connect to iTunes and try to sync it, my PC says that there's a problem with the drive and that I need to fix it, and the notification keeps popping up until I scan and fix it. And whenever I do fix it, it then jumbles up all my cover artwork and I have to restore the iPod and sync everything from scratch. This is only a minor problem as it still syncs music, but I don't know why it does it and I would like to know if I can prevent it.
If anybody has the solution to any of these issues, your help would be greatly appreciated.
