iTunes error 2072 when trying to download song that I own

Hi! I've tried downloading an album that I own on iTunes. Everything works as it should except for one song (that I have purchased before), which shows the below prompt when I click the download button and, after entering my account information, proceeds to give me an error marked 2072 and a dotted circle next to the song that I'm trying to download.

I've tried all the methods on the Apple support page that's most closely linked to the problem I'm having (HT203200), but none of these work. How do I get the song to download?

iTunes 12.4.3.1, Windows 10 Home (64-bit) version 1607

Mac mini, Windows 10, Dualboots OS X and Windows

Delete the downloads folder that you may find inside ..\iTunes\iTunes Media. Use the method in Download your past purchases - Apple Support to try the download once more, otherwise try the Contact Support link at the bottom of HT203200.
