Aug 17, 2016 5:05 PM in response to dennisfromwinnipegby Granto102,★HelpfulI believe that if you open iBooks, you can drag and drop books from your library to your Macbook's desktop. It will export the books as an Epub file, which you can then install on your Ereader as you normally would.
I believe that you open your Ereader in Finder, and drag and drop it into the folder there. At least that's how I do it on my Kindle.
Give it a try, see if it works for you too.
Grant.

Aug 17, 2016 5:10 PM in response to dennisfromwinnipegby Granto102,No problem, please do keep me updated.
The only part I am not sure about is how you copy the ePub files from a computer/mac (They're typically the same process) to a Sony eReader. You may know, or you may have to google it for your model eReader. I do know that my Kindle was as simple as drag-and-drop, though.
Good luck!

Aug 18, 2016 3:11 AM in response to dennisfromwinnipegby Tom Gewecke,If you have purchased books from Apple's iBookstore, they most likely have DRM, which means they can only be read by the iBooks app on an Apple device.

Aug 18, 2016 3:18 AM in response to dennisfromwinnipegby Roger Wilmut1,The best way to load books onto a Sony reader is to use the free program Calibre, which can also convert between formats. However as Tom has pointed out, purchases from Apple are likely to be subject to DRM and can't be moved, so Calibre can't do anything with them.
