Q: my picture are clouded
hi i have iphone 6+ and recently i get nothing but clouded pictures what can i do about this did clean the lenz nothing seems to help me here plz could some onne tell me how to get them clear egain plz

First follow the instructions here, under the heading "Your photos are blurred or out of focus":
If the issue then persists, check whether your camera is eligible for replacement. There is an iSight Camera (rear camera) Replacement Program for iPhone 6 Plus.
Subject to the terms of the program, if the rear camera on your iPhone is producing blurry photos and falls within the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace the iSight camera for you, free of charge. Follow the instructions here:
