You have several options:

1. You can install Windows on a partition on your hard drive and boot to it independently of Mac OS X and install any windows software there.

2. You can use a virtualization solution such as Parallels, VirtualBox, VMWare to create a Virtual Machine, and run Windows on it so you can install the software in there.

3. Depending on the software you may be able to get it to run without Windows using Wine or WineBottler

Wine (originally an acronym for "Wine Is Not an Emulator") is a compatibility layer capable of running Windows applications on several POSIX-compliant operating systems, such as Linux, Mac OSX, & BSD

Note: for options 1 and 2 you will need a full Windows Installer DVD, or ISO, and a valid License Key.
