Q: Mail in junk not marked as junk

I have some emails in mac mail that are in the junk folder BUT they are not marked as junk. There is no junk icon and no  "Not Junk" button.  These are not from gmail or such (external server is not marking them junk) but from a bluehost account that I have.  I do have some mac mail rules set but these emails are not infringing on those.  The two of concern I just found  are from my wife and the other recent emails from her all go thru fine.  Very strange...

If the e-mails aren't brown/tan, then your e-mail provider may have marked them as junk, which would explain why the not junk option isn't there. Try going to the e-mail provider's website to see if you can adjust the junk settings there.
