Strange recent item

Hi Mac Masters,

I have an interesting recent item in my list. It's an application called 5.44.1.mac.ftp.com.app. It's not something I have used and am wondering if it's intrusive. Nobody physically has access to my laptop, so am a little confused. Does anybody know what this could be?

I have recently been using the exiftool in terminal to check metadata on files.

Installed Little Snitch and etrecheck.

Looked for 5.44.1 in my console, found nothing.

If anyone has a clue, I'd love a heads up.
