It's strange that your MacBook Pro's keyboard and trackpad won't start up once you wake your Mac from sleep. Good job resetting the NVRAM. But since this solution apparently needs repeating, I'll be glad to help.
Using Apple Hardware Test -- Use this article if your MacBook Pro was released after June 2013
Using Apple Diagnostics -- Use this article if your MacBook Pro was released before June 2013.
If the one you used reports any hardware issue, let me know. If it hasn't, continue on.Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac -- Whenever starting any troubleshooting, I recommend making a fresh backup to make sure your personal information is safe. It's always better to "have" a backup than "need" a backup!
Feel free to skip any steps that you may have tried. Test the issue after each one completed.
Try safe mode if your Mac doesn‘t finish starting up -- Even though your MacBook Pro starts up, safe mode will make certain it's starting up correctly.
How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac -- Your problem may be just in your user account or throughout your system. This will show which. If the same problem happens in an account you've just set up, then continue on.
About OS X Recovery -- If the problem happened in the test user, you'll need to reinstall your MacBook Pro's current OS. Use this article to do so.I hope you have a great day!

Thanks for your help but am please to let you know that after performing all test there were no issue found which gave a reference code of ADP000.
how ever i proceed with a fresh installation by downgrading to OS X Yosemite but same issues is pending.

Find Locations -- If you'd like to visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, use this link, select your country and enter the information for the stores nearest you.
Contact Apple Support -- There may be other service options available for you as well. Use this link to chat or speak with an advisor.Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac -- If you didn't do so before, remember to create a fresh backup before you have your MacBook Pro serviced.
