Magic mouse 2 not working anymore

hello,

my magic mouse two worked always fine on my mac pro.

Yesterday i put it on my mac pro it also worked there.

Now when i try to use it on my mac pro again nothing is working.

I started the mac pro new a few times, put the lightening cable on different USB slots, turned of bluetooth on my macbook (maybe the mouse still wanted to connect with that), then even shut down my Macbook.

Still no reaction on the macbook.

Any suggestions? 🙂

hello, thanks for the quick answer.

I did everything like it is told in the article.

Mouse is switched on and battery is charged.

I didnt't change anything on the mac pro and it worked perfect before.

Have you changed the location of your MacBook or introduced new electronic equipment like Wacom tablet or phone hubs, both of which are notorious for interference.

Do yo have two different Mac Pros?

This is the Mac Pro desktop forum?

I would connect the MM2 to the one it will pair with and then remove it from that computer. Go to BT preferences and select the MM2 and click on minus sign to remove.

Then try using with the other Mac Pro.
