Mistakingly deleted Recently Added Folder

Bought a new used IPOD Classic, old one fell in the water, adding music from an exiernal hard drive to ITunes , all went in to Recently Added folder, unfortunately, I deleted the folder, now when I add music, I can;t find where it is.
