Question

My itunes will not recognize my iphone

My Itunes will not recognize my Iphone and when i unplug my phone it tells my to plug it into itunes it wont even let me completely do a hard shut down and reboot it, it just turns right back on telling me to plug into itunes please help asap

The first thing you should do is to check for the latest update on itunes. If you have it installed and the problem still exists, follow the next link If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
