When my iPhone SE was brand new I used to see battery usage per app, but the small blue clock icon next to "Battery Usage" in Settings/Battery disappeared after a week or so. How to get it back?
How many minutes it should take normally to see the usage per app? Seems like half an hour is not enough.
I have the latest system version 9.3.4.

The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is a restart and/or forced restart:

If that still doesn't help, then you may need to reset as a new device (which will lose your current settings, data, etc.):
FWIW my iPhone is doing the same. I recently restored it (from backup) but regardless, my battery usage takes a long time to show up, sometimes it does not show up even after half an hour. I have had it on for 15 minutes now in order to respond to you and no usage shows up yet.
