Battery usage per app is not visible anymore

When my iPhone SE was brand new I used to see battery usage per app, but the small blue clock icon next to "Battery Usage" in Settings/Battery disappeared after a week or so. How to get it back?


How many minutes it should take normally to see the usage per app? Seems like half an hour is not enough.


I have the latest system version 9.3.4.

The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is a restart and/or forced restart:

If that still doesn't help, then you may need to reset as a new device (which will lose your current settings, data, etc.):
