Contacts - is it possible to share a list but only have one administrator ?

We are a network who share the same contact book (contacts). However we have some problems with someone

deleting contacts all the time. Is it possible to create a contact list with one administrator being the only one who can add, change or delete contacts ? The rest of the group can only view the contacts i.e. they have the right of "read only" in the group ? Thanks in advance. // Carl W-r
