I think my account has been hacked

HI, I believe my itune/App Store account has been hacked. I want to change my password but I can't remember what I put for my security questions (I did it years ago). I don't have the money to contact apple support to help me. Is there a way I can change my password? Please help. Thank you.

Hi

If you set a rescue email address, you can reset your security questions yourself. Follow the instructions here to check whether this option is available to you:

If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

Otherwise, you will need to contact Apple Support. Contact information is available here:

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

(I'm afraid that no-one here can resolve the issue for you. You are not talking to Apple here - this is a user-based community).

If you are concerned that your Apple ID account may have been compromised, also follow the steps here:

Keep in mind that recurring payments to iTunes may relate to app subscriptions or memberships that you signed up to.

To view your iTunes Store purchase history (including iTunes, App Store and iBooks Store purchases), follow the instructions here:

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

To manage any subscriptions and, if desired, to turn off Automatic Renewal, follow the instructions here:

Not entirely sure why you think the links aren't working. If you mean that you can't reset your questions yourself then that means that you don't have a verified rescue email address on the account, you will have to contact Support in your country to get your questions reset - use the 'Get more help' section in the first link in the first two replies, or use the second link in the second reply.
