why can't I send mms/sms to non apple devices now?
Since the 9.3.4 update I can't send messages from my Ipad2 (haven't tried my Ipad Air yet) to non apple devices....is this change permanent?

You'll need to check that the iPad is still connected to your iPhone. On your phone, go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding and make sure that your iPad is selected. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID as well.
