Q: tune in radio - premium subscription for no reason
I am happy to pay for an app if I agree but I am not happy with an app called TuneIn
It's a free radio app. I download it last week and to my surprise, they charged me a subscription for $15 a month
I never approve any Premium trial and when i contacted Apple Support they say the subscription start after a week. I was able to show screenshot from my phone, the app was never signed in and i never subscribe / agree to any premium trial. Then Apple Support says i must have use the app before, but again I never started any premium subscription
I had to spend nearly an hour to request a refund, explain myself as if I am at fault. I firmly believe something is dodgy with this company and how their subscription is handled.

Apple is not the developer, but you can add your comments to their App Store store front to let potential buyers know you feel they are providing a app with a deceptive policy.
