Iphone restore
My phone was recently stolen and I am trying to restore my phone onto a new phone. However once I have correctly input my appleid and password a random email address is appearing... Is this normal?

Is the "new" phone really new (bought from an authorized Apple seller) or is it second hand? If it is a second hand phone, you may have run into activation lock:
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
If that is the case, there is nothing you can do - the phone is useless to you or anyone else if you can't contact the previous owner and have them remove the activation lock. Try to get a refund from where you bought it or dispose of it properly.
