icloud account lock for security !!!

my icloud account - *********** is lock for security. For alternate email is set again ******** because of can not get a security code. I do not remember the secret answers to the questions that I have given.

What can be done to prove to you that I am and unlock my profile???

my birthday date - OK

my street - OK

but my best friend from school - i don't remember my answer

my favorite book - i don't remember my answer
