I keep hearing an audio in the background of Safari from a you tube clip I watched a week ago. It is not in the tabs or running in the background that I can see. I've read all posts and tried everything including deleting the downloads and last session files from the Safari Library. I'm running ElCapitan. I also have Parallels installed with Windows 10 in the background. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

It appears that your Safari on MacBook Pro running El Capitan Is trying to keep you entertained. You've tried several different ways to get it to stop already, so I'll be glad to help!
Safari 9 (El Capitan): Clear your browsing history -- This may be all you need to do. Once you've cleared Safari history, quit Safari and re-open it. If it's still playing, quit Safari again and hold the shift key while opening it back up.
OS X El Capitan: Start up in safe mode -- Even though your Mac is starting up, safe mode makes sure it's starting up correctly
How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac -- It may simply be a software issue if the previous steps haven't helped. Use this article to see if it happens with a new account or just yours.
Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac -- If you've reached this point, I highly recommend making a fresh backup of your Mac to make sure your personal data is safe. It's always better to "have" a backup than to "need" a backup.
