Q: Ipad2

my ipad2 screen is totally low brightness and it does not change when tried to increase the brightness

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

    Try the following:

    • Perform a soft reset: Hold down both the Home & Power buttons simultaneously until the Apple Logo appears, then release them both. See if this resolves the problem, if not, continue to the next step.
    • Perform a "Reset All Settings" reset: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
      • This will bring your iPad back to its default state without erasing any of your data.
