MacBook Pro 2015 Force touch won't boot after upgrading from 10.11.4 to 10.11.5

Why is my MacBook Pro 2015 Force touch not booting after upgrading from 10.11.4 to 10.11.5? I have tried shift+control+option key to address the issue. Still won't work. The OS just hangs there for the rest of the time not responding. I have to restore it from the 10.11 bootable USB that I made from the download form the App Store.

Can anyone help? I reported this to Apple and they couldn't help me.

Thanks for helping guys.
