Aug 18, 2016 11:12 AM in response to michaelhelmby poikkeus1,An iPod may "forget" the place in a long passage of sound for several reasons. If you sync, the original place of a song resets. If you play another song, a previous song's setting will be lost. In other words, keep the player at the same place until you've stopped listening to the program, or note the time of the radio program.
"Taped" radio doesn't have special commands to save special settings - unlike podcasts or audiobooks.
