How do I adjust the pressure need for the keys? I adjusted this 2 years ago when i got my Macbook, but I have forgotten how. I think an F key was used.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. You can not "adjust the pressure need for the keys". The keyboard is what it is. The key has to be pressed down far enough for electrical contact to be made in the key switches. The key presses are not adjustable in this way.
the pressure is adjustable for the trackpad if your computer came with a force touch trackpad, but the keyboard "pressure" is not an adjustable piece of hardware for any Apple keyboard.

But as I said, I did adjust the pressure after receiving the Macbook. I think I used an F key in the top row.
And as has been stated, that's not possible. It's not something you can adjust.
