ipad app magazine subsription quit

IPad app Macleans magazine quit. Updated app, now can't download issue. MacLeans doesn't recognize my address, refers me to Apple.

How restore subscription?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

If your addresses changed, your payment might not have gone thru. Log into your Apple ID/iTunes Store and verify everything.
