Q: I cannot turn on my time machine

i cannot turn on time machine. when i try to turned on it shows a advice as the attache file.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9), null

Did this just started to happen recently or have you never been able to access the Time Capsule? Also, did you enable Back to My Mac on the Time Capsule?

it start recently like 2 months but im not be able to fix it and not to be able to update my computer.

Ok, so it was working before, but not since about two months ago ... got it, thanks.

How about Back to My Mac? Did you have this enabled on your Time Capsule?

Ah, then I recommend that you disable it. There has been an issue with BtMM recently that has been causing issues with the AirPort base stations that have it enabled.
