Q: Mainstage 3: two keyboards are playing both parts?

Hi all,

I recently finished creating a multi patch setup for a live performance. There are two keyboards, each with their own unique instrument settings in each patch. Problem is, when I closed Mainstage and came back to it a few days later, each keyboard was playing a combination of the two keyboard parts, rather than each playing their own. Anybody know who to fix this?
