Q: Can someone help me with a hacked phone. I have major issues with this device no one can figure out. But my connection is off and my IP address is on the apps the developers make. Even my MAC address is says.

I have a iPhone 6 s I've been having issues since day one of getting this phone. Bought it brand new from my carrier service ( sprint) my wifi connection seems to be connected to something else. I've also seen a MAC address that matches mine on a developers app on the App Store. I get restricted from websites. Locked out of my iPhone. and apple has replaced this phone 3 times and it's still happening PLEASE I'm begging someone to help me. I do not know anything about coding or anything.
