Need to activate an iPhone with Celluar One. Switching from a Samsung phone to an iPhone 4.

Is the iPhone 4s unlocked?
What model of Samsung is it? Does it use a sim card that will fit in the iPhone 4s (micro-sim)?
You should be able to get it working by just inserting a valid sim card. If the phone is locked to a carrier it must be form that carrier unless you can have that carrier unlock it.
Not sure why One Cellular sent you with Apple, they should be able to determine if they can activate it with their sim cards or not.
My mom was using an android phone and I gave her my old iphone 4s. We called Celluar One to get assistance with activating the iPhone and they have told us to call Apple. Does anyone have info on how we can do make the switch. Does she need a new sim
