Hello, I've got no idea what's going on. When I plug in my iPhone 6 to my MacBook Pro it charges and it stops all of the sudden then goes back to charging for another second. It also happened to a friend of mine with her iPhone and her cable.
Does someone know why this happens?

More info is needed. Does the same thing happen when you plug your iPhone into the wall and charge it with the USB cable and adapter?
No, it doesn't. And it doesn't happen with my other mac either.
Try a different USB port.

Could be an issue with the Mac. Run a diagnostic on the Mac and see if anything comes up.
It says no issues have been found.
If there is no issue with other Macs or using the charging adapter, even though the diagnostic came back without issue, it could be a issue with the USB ports on your Mac.
You could set up a Genius Bar Reservation and take the Mac in for further testing.
Go to the menu, System Preferences -> Energy Saver and check "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off." You may also need to check "Enable Power Nap..."
