Aug 18, 2016 5:12 PM in response to laurapaezby 000FFF,If there is no issue with other Macs or using the charging adapter, even though the diagnostic came back without issue, it could be a issue with the USB ports on your Mac.
You could set up a Genius Bar Reservation and take the Mac in for further testing.

Aug 18, 2016 5:42 PM in response to laurapaezby Lawrence Finch,Go to the menu, System Preferences -> Energy Saver and check "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off." You may also need to check "Enable Power Nap..."
