iTunes Crashes while downloading music purchased on iPhone

Today (8/18/16) just purchased some music from iTunes from my iPhone, wifi is on for downlowning, have enough free space (36 GB), have the latest iOS (9.3.4). Albums downloaded right after the purchase and was listening to them and then all of the sudden the music quits and the Albums were no longer on my iPhone (btw its a 6s+ with 128 GB). Went to iTunes Purchase to check to see if they were the and it shows them in the Cloud Download, okay tried to download them and it acts like it starts then iTunes quits. The music player of the iPhone iTunes is working fine still able to listen to all of my music but just not the ones I brought today, grrrr.... Any ideas? Brought 3 Albums and they wount even stream.

Note: I'll see what happens when I get home and see if they download onto my MacBook Pro.

Cheers

Hello Galor,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you have purchased an album but can no longer download it after being able to listen to it. I love my music too. There may be an issue connecting to the iTunes Store. The steps in this article may help you:

If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

Refreshing your internet connection may help re-establish a connection as well. Using Airplane mode will turn off all connections and then connect them again when you turn Airplane mode back off.

Use Airplane Mode on your iOS device

Cheers
