I have lost my iphone 4s today. How i will trac my phone. Please help me.

Assuming you have find my iPhone setup, with a computer its as simple as going to https://www.icloud.com/ and clicking the find my iPhone logo, and finding out where it is. And if you have a friends phone you can download the app find my iPhone. Hope this helps, best of luck to you

My iPhone 4s has been snatching by snatcher on 20 August' 2016 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have an general diary to the near by police station. They wanted my apply code. That moment I didn't give because of forgetting code. how I will recover this code.

Actually i don't know what code they wanted. I think, for tracking or to find out my iPhone they wanted my apply code.
I don't know what code they wanted, you would have to ask the police. If you still have the box it would show the Serial Number. Maybe this is what they wanted. Otherwise try logging in to iCloud.com form a browser on a computer, follow the steps on my link above and get whatever information is avaible there.
