hlo please help me it is saying me error (-1) occured !!
my iphone 6 plus was gone in recovery mode then when i restore my iphone it says me error (-1) occured ! What shoud i do for ?? Please help me

The instructions in the article you linked from have all of the steps that you need to try in order to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve it after you have done each of the steps, then click on the last link in the article and follow the instructions. Ultimately, you will have a link which allows you to link to the Apple Support site so you can set up a call.
Be sure that you have done everything listed, however. Once you contact Apple, they will have you do the entire process if you have not done it.
