Q: can't empty trash
I have a file fseventsd-uuid in my trash. I can't empty it from the trash. I have tried force emptying, secure emptying, and an application called trash.it to no avail. I have tried terminal. If I try to remove the file from the trash it just duplicates and goes to the desktop but the original file remains in the trash. If I try to change the extension to .old it throws error code 36. The file claims to be in volumes/ bootcamp. I have RW permissions but can't change any permissions any ideas.
