My dad forgot his password of apple ID and answers of security questions, what should he do?
His phone is iPhone 5. He has just activated his iPhone but it requires his apple ID and password in order to continue the set-up process. However he forgot his password as well as the answers of security questions. Now he cannot use his phone, what should he do?
