I am unable to pair up my apple remote software on my iPhone to the apple tv 4th generation and they are in the same wifi network it gives me this stupid message don't see your apple tv? make sure you´re on the same network, they are in the same network and i even try to pair it up and still nothing it won't recognized...

Can your phone see the ATV for AirPlay? Try restarting the router, then Apple TV. Is your network a simple configuration, with a single router? Or does it include switches, wireless access points, WiFi extenders, etc.? You say you tried to pair the Remote app even though it couldn't see ATV. I don't think that's possible; remember, this is not a Bluetooth remote, it's an app that connects over WiFi.
The message is a default message, it's there irrespective of what it can and can't see.
